I am 43 years old, happily married (21 years and counting) and the mom of two daughters (ages 20 and 17). I have had weight problems my whole life. When I was in high school, I weighed about 150 and thought I was a whale...now, I would love to weigh 150 again. My goal at this time is 160 because I wanted to set a goal that I thought would be more realistic and not set myself up for failure...but when I reach that weight, I will probably change that goal.
I've been doing Atkins since the end of October. I'm already smaller than I've been in YEARS and have so much more energy. Watch my weight history...it's going DOWN! haha
