I'm a 21 year old college girl and just moved out on my own! I think this is the perfect time to take control of my health. I've always had an athletic build but I'm ready to lean down and to get into better shape. I am starting the Fat Smash Diet on Monday, August 16 and I am determined to last the entire 90 days! I am looking for support to help me make it through the hard days when I feel like giving up!
