I am 55 years old. Married and a grandmother. I have been up and down with my weight all my life. I find it harder to get on the floor and play with the grandkids with the extra weight. Last year I lost 17 pounds and felt great. But I gained it all back and I am in a slump! I need to get back to the energetic person I was a year ago!
