I have a lot of health issues...Back, neck, and hip problems, diabetes, degenerative disc disease, 7 bulging discs, COPD, brain tumor (slow growing and non cancerous, osteoarthritis, sleep apnea, and nerve problems with my left arm. I don't get any exercise because of my pain everyday so I sit in front of the computer instead of trying to do some kind of exercise. I am in pain management and get a lot of steroid injections which don't help much. I think all this has made me depressed. So here I am gonna finally try this diet and see what happens
