I'm going to try to move my wake up alarm to 8am and get my exercise done before 9am. I'm going to start this tomorrow because I can't seem to fix my sleep and I feel like I'm slowly moving towards my old sleep patterns when I was less healthier. I'm going to change my big breakfast to lunch and have a smaller breakfast after my exercise. ideally I want to have a 10pm to 7am sleep schedule, I simply hate missing most of the morning because I'm not waking up in time to enjoy it. I woke at my usual 9am by my alarm today but immediately fell asleep again to wake up at 10:45am. Which in turn made me have breakfast at noon and I've been watching Netflix most of the day. Things have to change I've got to change if I'm going to keep my mind right. I feel somewhat petty/stupid also because this is my current problem when I know people have bigger problems in the world.

So I've changed my diet a bit. I'm going with a big breakfast, fruit shake lunch and a big dinner. Lost my target weight of ½ kilo which is great, this is my goal for every week if nothing holds me back. I'm going to do 5km on my exercise bike and 3 - 3.5km walk each day with a rest after 3 days. I've been having trouble sleeping lately but with that I've found some motivation. I'm going to show some people that I can be more than that fat guy that was easy to pick on or to intimidate. I feel like anger is going to fuel my next step in a good way, I want to feel like I can stand up to anyone and not be an easy target. I'm not saying I want to hurt people I just don't want to ever feel like that again.

First weigh in after 2 weeks. Well after having a headcold for the past 10 days I think I can finally go for my walk today. been feeling a bit off but I've sorted it out last night with my medication, I wasn't taking my regular amount 🤦♂️. I was 131.7kg a few days again but I've been eating a bit more than usual in the last couple of days due to stress and other problems. My short term goal is to get below 130kg so I've got that in my view 💪

Well I think I'm coming out the other side of this headcold and I'm starting to feel a bit better. I just want to get back to my Arvo walks and weight exercise 😆. I weighed myself this morning and I think it was 133.4kg but I can't be 100% sure lol. I'm losing weight a little too fast so I'm thinking again it's more water weight. Christmas day is tomorrow and apart from having a headcold it's a good time for me. I can remember 6 years ago I was fighting the black dog of depression hard and almost lost but managing myself with help from my doctor I got back on the right track of enjoying life again. I totally understand when they say Christmas can be a hard time for people. Well I hope everyone is having a nice Christmas, it's not weak to speak 1300224636 Beyond Blue chat number.

So Santa bought me a cold this year YAY! it's not COVID at least. Went and bought some immune boosting tablets. I'll stick to my eating at least, unless I get too sick to care but knowing myself I'm not about to eat junk food just because I'm sick.
