Down 2 ounces on Saturday.
Its been a really rough week.
My aunt's cancer came back, left with weeks to live, so the Doc says.
The whole family is stressed and worried and the last thing on my mind is food/excersize.
I will say that throughout this time, i don't have an appetite. in the past, when stress would hit me I would eat my emotions. This time i dont want to eat at all.
weird.
Prayers for my aunt, her children and my family are appreciated

Well last night I did an hour step class followed by a mile and a half bike ride (8 laps) - more on the bike than I have ever done. IT WAS SO HARD! But after I did it I felt amazing. My legs were weak and shakey but it was so worth it. I was actually faster than my 160lb, in shape sister! I was stoked to be able to one up her for the first time in my life. Haha.
Tonight we are all going Roller Skating for my cousins birthday! I am stoked!!!!!! Such a good workout and its so much fun!!

I walked two miles on my lunch today. Up a major hill - my legs felt like JELLY.
Tonight is 45mins- one hour cardio then an hour step class. :)

I FEEL GREAT TODAY.
I did not excersize last night. I'm up on the scale right now. But you know what? I FEEL GREAT.
You wanna know why?
Because I AM HEALTHY. I am doing it! For the longest time I never thought I'd have the will power to do it, to stick to it, and to think of it as a way of life - and now, here I am. I'm doing it and couldnt feel better.
I never in a million years thought that I could live with out fast food. Without 3-4 diet sodas a day. Without drinking 500 calories of beer 2x a week. WIthout having midnight munchies and reaching for a chip bag. Without greasy, fried food. But I AM DOING IT.
I don't miss any of that stuff. Waking up feeling energized and ready to take on the day is worth not having ANY of that crap. I dont care if I never lose another pound- Living a healthy lifestyle is what my new goal is. The weight will come off on its own, in due time. My first priority is living healthy and happy.

My boyfriend and I rode six laps around the neighborhood tonight on our bikes! Man is that hard work. Going UP HILL on a beach cruiser is a real biatch. Our goal is to increase our laps each day by 1 - six days a week. tomorrow is 7 laps! wish us luck!
