I didnt make it to the gym yesterday - well, actually I made it, but they changed the Step class to a Zumba class. I am far too much of a white girl to do Zumba. There were p8239-8472389473892307423 kids at the gym last night who all seemed to be on the cardio machines. Boo. By the time I got home I lost all motivation because the dinner my boyfriend made for us was staring me in the face.
So, tonight, I shall do 45 minutes of Turbo Jam OR Jillian Michaels 45min Burn Fat Boost Metablism.. then do another 15 mins of Cardio Boxing on the Wii.

step class tonight then turbo jam with bret.
not that it will make a difference or anything but its worth a shot.
ill end up gaining weight or staying the same i'm sure.
where can i find the inspiration again?
i feel defeated and could cry at any given moment.
eating better and working out more than i ever have in my life.
9 weeks of hard work and all i can say is i lost 11lbs.
pathetic.

Well I am feeling much better today. I am still up a little bit on the scale, but hopefully that will even out by tomororw morning. Last night my sister and I did an hour step class followed by 30 mins of Spin and then 30 mins of sculpting.
Step was HARD this time. Now that I have all the steps down, I am actually putting 100% effort in and my GOD is it a work out!! I am super sore from it today. Spin was good too - thats always relaxing in comparison to Step. I worked harder than I usually do at Spin last night since my boyfriend was there. He kept me going. Sculpting was tough too - the last part, they make you do lunges across the room HUGE room, and back...TWICE. I didnt think I could make it, I thought i was going to die. BUT I DID IT. It was mind over matter at that point.
Ate healthy all day yesterday with no roadblocks other than the cake that was brought in for work birthdays. Had ONE bite and gave the rest to a friend. I am proud of my self for that. Today will be a good day too -
Gym after work again tonight - Going to do a different version of an elliptical (its harder) then come home and do an at home work out tape. I think I am going to try Biggest Loser boot camp or Cardio Max. not sure yet.
