I haven't been tracking my food for a while now as I was intuitively eating then I was binge eating a bit over the holidays cause welp, I didn't care! Now I do, and I'm back to tracking. Weighing in now, progress pics taken, tracking food, and will check again in a week.

It's been 2 weeks no alcohol now and I thought I'd see some weight loss by now. I'm sticking around 165 right now, which is good. When I eat badly, I get around 170. I'd like to be maintaining 150-155 and spiking to 160 instead. Considering going into a keto diet for a few weeks to see if that helps, but worried how that will affect my workouts. Tips anyone?

Welp, after 1.5 weeks of no alcohol and mostly clean/healthy eating, I'm down under 165 again. Goal is to stay on track until my beach vacation Aug 25-27. I'm still weight training 3-4 times a week and have been adding more cardio. Wouldn't mind getting to 160 before my trip!
