Been going through relationship issues. Therefore, havent been able to keep up with updating my progress on FS often enough. The one good thing I have right now is that I havent given up on the healthy lifestyle. Thinking of joining a boxing club too so I can have another indoor fitness activity to work on now that its too cold to play cricket.

Successfully completed my second run around the lake yesterday. The official stats according to my phone app are as follows:
Distance: 3.904 kms
Time: 32m 24s
I think I am going to focus on running for time rather than distance. I've read on several forums that this is the way to go for most people that are trying to lose weight. My original goal was to run for 30 mins. Now that I see I can achieve with some consistency. Im going to aim for 40 mins.
I have fallen into a workout routine now that has me feeling fit and happy. I watch what I eat and for exercise:
MON, WED, FRI - 10 min warm-up on elliptical and 2 hrs Cricket practice
TUE,THUR,SUN - 30-40 min run (Lake) followed by 15-20 min dry sauna.
