Still full- or at least bloated :P - from last night's indulgence. I'm glad I didn't eat anything after wards.

I don't even want to know what I ate today. Well, I know exactly what I ate today that's pissing me off- a second helping of dinner and a hot fudge sundae from DQ. So now I feel like confessing and if anyone has any absolution out there, pass it my way. Thanks.

Well, DH is working today and I have no idea what me and Junior are going to do. We have errands and the gym, but there should be something fun going on since it's a weekend. DH is in charge of weekend fun.
I want to sack out at a movie but that's kind of lazy and expensive. Perhaps a jaunt to the park if he behaves during the errands. And then I won't feel so guilty about going to see Star Trek at the cheap theater tonight.
Did okay yesterday at Red Robin. I liked my sandwich and they let me sub melon for the fries, which was awesome. I hope to stay on-plan this weekend. That's my mini-goal- stay on plan, no unplanned eating for today. I have that step/sculpt class this morning. Would rather stay home and read, but I committed to going.

Junior picked Red Robin for dinner tonight. He's been working towards a goal, and when he met it, he got to choose a treat: Dinner out, a new toy or a trip to the Seattle Childrens' Museum. He chose dinner at Red Robin for the free ballons and the fact that Red Robin makes an appearance in the evenings. I don't mind the kids' menu there as they have fresh fruit options instead of more fried stuff. He gets a grilled cheese or cheese burger and applesauce or melon.
And I'm planning my day's food accordingly. I LOVE the bleu cheese burger there- perhaps I will have them cut it in half and get a salad instead of fries... I am so grateful that I have the accountablity of this challenge- as well as the skills and commitment- to plan ahead.
DH has to work tomorrow, another wrench thrown in. And so now I must find childcare for tomorrow's work out and also plan something for us to do. Perhaps a late morning jaunt to the beach?
