Well, feeling better, more on track with everything. Got my birth certificate so I can get my expanded drivers' license. We were waiting on the UPS man- he's come and gone, now we can go out to the park.
And I'm doing all right without DH. I have a sitter coming tomorrow afternoon for a few hours to give me a break. Can't wait.

You know, I'm just not feeling like being healthy right now. I'd rather not journal, exercise, look after my home environment or interact with anyone.
DH is going out of town for 4 days and I'm not looking forward to it. I have no idea what to do with my kid for the entire time. I have stuff planned- movies, park dates, indoor play ground, ect. But I'd rather have some time for myself. I WANT 4 DAYS AT THE BEACH, DAMNIT.
And Junior is a damn picky eater, it makes cooking for us a bloody chore. I hate that he terms everything "yucky." And I hate that getting him to eat anything that is not mac&cheese or spaghetti is a drama of operatic proportions. [I do sneak veggies into his meals, in addition to offering them on the side.] He will eat fruits, so that is something.
DH is too tired or has eaten lunch too late to eat with us as a family- something that WILL CHANGE. He can at least eat a salad and talk about his day!
I'm seeing some results but not enough. I've been working hard, how much harder do I have to work??? [Why, yes, I am venting and complaining...] I want to be a size smaller. I want a noticeable weight loss that someone else can see and comment on.
And that is today's rant...

Evening Update
Recorded all of my food today and went to the gym. I also bought some healthy food for the weekend- salad, soup, chicken breast, watermelon...
I also booked a sitter for Saturday afternoon, to give myself a bit of a break while DH is away until Sunday. I feel way better after journaling and a good work out. Even though my food was not the best today- it never is when I don't ear fruit and vege every day- I know I can do this simply by.... doing this.
