I ended up eating at maintenance today. I got home from work and I was SO HUNGRY so decided to have one thing, then another, then another. The good thing is that my choices were not really that bad. Not great, but nothing like how I used to be. Back to a deficit tomorrow!

I made zucchini noodles today! It was super easy and makes a perfect low-calorie, low-carb, FILLING side dish.

Well I got sick to my stomach yesterday so I may just regain this after a couple days of eating and keeping food down. We’ll see.

My muscles are a little sore from exercising so that could be contributing to weight gain. It doesn’t look like fat gain and I feel good, so I’m not worried. It’s always been hard for me to lose below 125, but this is still a healthy weight for my height.
