I think this is the first time I've ever been happy about a plateau :)
It's better than a gain right? And I trust what I'm eating and doing will work- it's just waiting to see why my body will do
measurements- lost 3cm around my breasts, and one cm around my thighs this week. here's hoping the stomach catches up next week! :)

I'm still not really hungry or eating. I'm still getting breakfast in- and lunch. it's just dinner
part of me thinks it's kind of cool and I'm losing, and the other part of me worries that I'm slowing down my metabolism.
Hopefully my stress levels will slow down a bit this week and my appetite will come back.

Really happy about the stomach loss! :) It's interesting how the numbers even out over time. (chest, waist, stomach)

COMPLETELY lost my appetite. Forced myself to have breakfast and only managed half. Both happy and disconcerted. I know I need to keep on eating....really do not want to!

This next week feels a little complicated.
I'm driving down to hamilton to speak at an event, driving back home and going to a party. I'm not planning to drink at the party at all, but this is all around dinner time so I'm going to need a food plan.
Next week I've got a horror two days of driving for four hours, working a full day the next day and driving four hours back home. I'm going to take the bulk of my food with me I think.

I didn't record my food today. it was too bitsy
it was the same old breakfast, without protein powder as ran out, orange and coffee and 1/3 scone for lunch with a cup of salad.
afternoon tea was a pile of delites, and I had a sushi roll with salmon for dinner.
I'm finding it hard to eat in the heat. Off to go make my brekie for tomorrow- got some more protein powder! :)
