Good news! This am I took my resting heart rate and it was an 80 avg. So my heart is good and that means I can let my pulse get up to the 85% range working out. So I will shoot for 150 bpm. I got tripped up yesterday with this, I didn't realize when you stop moving your pulse actually climbs because the heart is still trying to pump blood into your muscles according to my husband, so I will have to go a little slower, and take my heart rate bpm/pulse more often until I figure this out. Yesterday I think I took it about 5 times in 1 mi on Gazelle but the last time I stopped longer and it had jumped up too high. So will need to figure out how much motion is too much. It didn't seem like I was going too hard like I said until I actually stopped at .9 mi to check it.

Did hip flexor exercises, pelvic exercises and Gazelle today.

Made chicken and veggies soup. 2 C was too much with an orange. So tomorrow I will have about 1.5 C soup with a low carb tortilla.

Skipped lunch b/c it's first day w/new app and trying to figure out and log in meals so ate more cals for snack before bedtime (still was under 820 total for day). Also I started exercising on Gazelle and was able to go 32 mins and 1.4 miles so proud of that. (Kathy asked me to walk 1 block outside or do 30 mins or 1/2 mi on Gazelle)
