This week has been really good. I stayed motivated and pushed myself to do a lot of workouts. Food hasn't been as big a challenge lately, temptations are still there, but cravings are manageable. I've managed to turn down sweets and one time I decided to have some since I hadn't had enough calories for the day. I only had a small serving and instead of 5 (big deal for me). Heading into another good week!

Had a slow week last week. I recommitted and started an exercise program that's really been working muscles. So far I've been motivated to stick with it! so hopefully this week will be really good!

Just created a challenge. When I first lost weight with FS 9 yrs ago I joined a challenge and I was super motivated by the competition. So I created a challenge called Biggest Loser Your Way. Hopefully this will keep me going! Join if challenges are your thing!

Broke 200 this week!! It's going great right now. Back into automatic mode. The thing that gets me off track is the thought of ”this isn't that bad I can bend just a little". Little seems to always turn into a lot. Even though I need to learn to not let one slip up derail me. I also need to learn that a "controlled" slip up is still very dangerous.
Just going to keep going along!
