So, a week of Thanksgiving food and a trip to Disneyland and I'm back up past where I started. The good thing is I know I can do it if I just keep at it. My goal is to be at 160 by Sept. 2018, so I have a while to go and I can still make my goal. Not discouraged by the set back. One day at a time, today is a new day.

so, got on the scale this morning and was completely surprised to see how much I lost. Not sure my scale is right, but I would be happy with half that progess. At least I know what I'm doing is working. :)

So, I stopped recording what I was eating over the weekend and went a bit off the rails. With Thanksgiving so close we had a "Thanksgiving luncheon" at church and a "Thanksgiving dinner" with a part of my family that will not be available on Thanksgiving. We also celebrated my husband's birthday with his family over the weekend. Overall, I ate a lot of stuff that I wouldn't normally on my new eating plan. It did teach me the importance of writing down/ recording everything I eat. It's a lot easier to eat that one more cookies when I haven't written down how many cookies I already ate. I will definitely keep to my recording everything I eat. I did not a get a chance to weigh in this morning because I was running late. I am going to weigh in tomorrow. I know it will probably go up, but I am still trying to figure this eating plan out so I am trying to be gentle with myself. One day at a time, I can do better today.
