Had a bit of a bad lunch today :(. I'm trying not to let it spiral me down into an "well, I already blew it so it doesn't matter what I eat" kind of mood. Was craving cookies, so decided to drink a cup of hot cocoa instead. It is filling that sweet craving without all of the calories of the cookies. Just got to keep positive. I know dinner will be both yummy and calorie friendly so I just got to be strong.

So, I am starting over again. This time, though, I actually have a well-formed goal and a plan of attack. I am going to be meal planning every Thursday and grocery shopping and meal prepping every Friday.
I am going to be waking up at 6:33 a.m. (I know it's a weird time but it's what works for me) everyday and doing a 30-45 minute session of Yoga from a DVD at least 3 days a week.
I am also trying to stop eating fast food and substitute the things I crave (like french fries) for healthier options. I know I can substitute some sweets for fruit, but bread is one of my biggest cravings and I'm not sure how to supplement that until it goes away. Any suggestions?

I completely fell off the FatSecret wagon, again. I have been maintaining my weight pretty well and haven't gone completely crazy, but I want to get back into trying to lose weight again. I am glad that during my hiatus I managed to not gain any weight, but I'm tired of stasis. I am going to try to go harder at my diet and add some yoga in to see if that helps things. One day at a time.

I am starting session 2 of the 21-day fix today. I didn't exercise today, but I'm going to eat right anyway. I wanted to set a new goal and track my progress for that so I'm resetting my diet. I made my last goal and although this one is a little higher, I think I can do it. One day at a time.

So, back at it after a 2 week vacation. It's nice to know that I can indulge a little and still maintain my weight as long as I don't go overboard. One day at a time, I can do this.
