Now that I have reach my initial goal of my own arbitrary weight of 175lbs. I am now aiming for a fat % based on how i look. They say that if you can see your abdominal muscles then you must be within 10% body fat.
The small amount of tummy fat I have is my next aim which I am working on by continuing running and going to the gym a bit more, maybe twice a week now.
I am including dead lifts but not very heavy as it really hits a lot of muscles and I keep low reps as i build the weight. I will be keeping a sub maintenance diet so as to not increase size.
Things are looking rosy.
Now I need to work on my crippling social skills and I may just lose my v card before i'm 50.
Just kidding folks. I do have kid. But i got divorced last week. So yay!

My weight loss has plateaued at 177lbs. The last bit is tough. I have been lifting more now. I have also been running less per week but more miles. I ran a 13 miler last week and felt fine. Then changed to a couple of 5km with no improvement on time there.
Also tried dead lift today for first time ever and thinking about asking the trainer to do me a 2 split routine as i will try to go twice a week. Must improve my chin ups and everything really but i want to establish a strength improvement in most things for a few months.
