OK. Trying not to have a heart attack lol yikes 😳 I just started dieting again and doing KETO but I have gained 2 lbs from last week..To be fair, I am only in day 2 of my diet..so hoping it's the crest of a wave that will crash down. Ended up eating a few fruit slices yesterday at the in-laws for Mother's Day. Getting back on the horse today 🙄

Hi everyone 👋
Well I'm having a go at keto. Can I get some advice on the best way to keep track of food? What do you do? Just count net carbs and not worry about calories? I'm trying not to stress too much about it.. normally I do low calorie but thought I'd switch it up a bit. TIA 🙏❤️

BF= 54.7% (05/03)
This has been so challenging I am at the point where I just feel like giving up. I noticed that I am having a hard time with stamina/willpower to stay away from the "bad" foods. Not sure what to do at this point.
