The key is just eating enough and not overdoing it..... and eating a lot of veggies and fruits.

Today I made myself run 3 miles before work. I was *so* tired. I stayed up too late reading and then didn't eat before I ran. That was dumb. Then I ate some cheerios and I was starved by lunch at noon. I really have to eat as the diet recommends, the omlette would have filled me up much more.
lunch: mixed baby greens salad with grape tomatoes, low cal newman's asian dressing & chicken breast strips, just a couple. 2 Thin Mints. diet coke.
snack: 1.5 cheeseburgers from McDonald's 450 calories!!!! (had to finish Maya's!). TOTALLY HORRIBLE, I KNOW! diet coke
dinner: salad with same dressing, broccoli & sugar snap peas, a few pieces of orange chicken- I know, BAD again! 3 pot stickers, 150 calories.
I am so pissed at myself about the cheeseburger(s). That was so dumb. but they tasted really good. I need to buy some snacks so that I have them in the car and I'm not tempted to do that again. That was awful. At least the rest of the day was good.
I'm going to walk on the treadmill now as penance.

broccoli, red peppers, sugar snap peas, hummus, strawberries
chicken breast, brown rice, sweet potato fries, carrots
1/2 c. cherry garcia
100 calorie pack goldfish crackers
Today:
Granola & milk w/blueberries, grapes
spinach, strawberry & walnut salad with some goat cheese & low cal spray dressing, sweet potato fries
pina colada giant popsicle from the paleteria man
brown rice, hummus, snap peas, peppers, carrots & broccoli w/sweet potato fries
exercise for 5/6-5/13
Tues-Friday: 30 minutes
Saturday: 40 minutes
Sunday: 40 minutes
Monday: 30 minutes
