grr again - no change on the scale. I am working it - going to the gymn again today. Wondering if I need to adjust my macro's - I'm at work and can't find the macro calculator - any help appreciated... Have a super day!

Update - still looking for macro calculator but am determined to make IF work for me. Last snack yesterday just before 10 pm, it's now almost noon - 2 hours to go and truly I'm not starving - need to stay distracted - planning on going to the gymn once I've eaten.
