my rings are telling the tale this morning. I haven't been able to remove my rings in years - but last week they came off - right up to yesterday they'd slide off easily. This morning - they're stuck again so i know I'm carrying water weight... I read other's comments about workout water retention - this might be it, or it could be the cajun seasoning on the tuna steaks last night... Either way - hopefully tomorrow I'll see some more luv from the scale. Hope everyone has a Happy Healthy Monday 8-)
