Not sure why I haven't been able to post a journal entry with my weigh-in today... Our daughter turned 30 today - she's our youngest. Celebrated with a good steak dinner, a glass of wine and a bite of chocolate cake. Think I experienced the KETO "Whoosh" yesterday - there was definitely something going on and the scale gave me some luv this morning - YAY! Having company all weekend, but I'm hoping to get in a workout at the gym this afternoon, and a good walk and kayak over the weekend... Hope everyone has a great day and a beautiful weekend!

When you can't post your weight, try using a web browser other than Google Chrome. There is a bug where the "you are losing weight too fast" popup does not allow you to click on it so your post never takes.
