im back again now stronger than ever, both physically and mentally. goal is to cut for 2 weeks, this is a severe cut for quick weight loss so i can go back again for increasing strength. ive been gaining good strength but have gained fat quickly so this cut is essential right now, already my libido has increased by a lot (testosterone is fat based hormone so higher concentration with lower body fat, but it could be also accounted for the lower insulin) i feel kinda better already, but cutting my calories in half is gonna be really difficult in a few days im pretty sure.
88 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 19 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
