its getting harder and harder for me to motivate myself, im losing discipline and most importantly im losing myself. it feels like all the discipline out there is lost. im overweight again, well still i broke my record for a 75 kilo 4 rm bench press, i donno if i should cut or bulk, cuz i know ill lose strength if i cut and ill gain fat if i eat, i donno what strength training program to choose. i need advice guys, like seriously. i want to increase my pathetic bench press, i cannot run or do squat cuz of my fucked up ankles, i cant increase ohp. or any general lifts anymore, its been a total 2 weeks for me to increase my bench from 70 to 75 kilos, ohp is stuck, pullups are also stuck.
90 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 21 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
