Diario de thenester, 09 sep. 18

20 # to go - or so I thought. I might be rethinking that goal - not sure if I'm going to go that low - not saying I won't but because of the way it's coming off I might just go to 155. Re-thinking goal because I don't want to see bones when I look in the mirror - I was that skinny once (a million years ago), and I'd have given anything to gain weight - little did I know.... Right now I'm going to leave the goal at 150, but we'll see as we get closer. These days I can feel lots of bones and that's alright - just don't really want to see them in the mirror.

Yesterday's vow renewal went well - Bride was beautiful, Groom looked great - vows were appropriate for 25 years later and they included wishes for all the married couples in attendance - well done. Lots of appetizers - including a chese and meat platter and veggies (YAY), and dinner was a repeat of the meal at their wedding - buffet with choices of curried goat, chicken, roast beef, potatoes, buns, salads. I had the goat - #sogood

if you haven't already, maybe try adding weight lifting to build a little muscle on your frame. it will help keep the "bony" look away and keep the fat coming off.

Thanks @tamara_lee I started some weight training but then I went on holidays... Plan to get back at it this week - gently - I overdid it the first time and it didn't help me want to go back... Planning on getting to the gym tomorrow or Tuesday.
