Ok. Something's making this weight stay on. Very stubborn.
I got results from labs. Exciting! Positivity all around. A1c down so far I'm not even considered pre diabetic any longer. Total chol down. Hdl up. Ldl way down. Triglycerides normal.
I am writing everything on paper now. Hopefully if I have it on paper, I may be able to see a pattern of whatever is causing these stalls. Have eliminated cheese, will see if that makes a difference. Please The Powers That Be...don't take away my Coffee!
Stepping up my cardio. Have been mixing it up with cardio and resistance. Will do more cardio. Thanksgiving not a big concern for me, as the Weight is not going anywhere anyway.

great to hear HDL are up and cholesterol is down. I am looking to do the same. I been doing cardio for 12 weeks and some strength training as well. my next exam is in two months, looking to get off the cholesterol pill. nice job with your health keep up the good work.

that is awesome you got such good labs. I don't know your calorie goals but sometimes if you are too low the body just hangs on. maybe increasing your calories for a few days but staying in your macro's might help. or adjusting your macro's. I found the additional fat I added really helped me. everyone has their own sweet spot
