Diario de gigiphilby, 01 feb. 19

So glad I stopped weighing every day. Once a month does SO much more for my mood. I also stopped stressing, and worrying about losing weight. It will come off...It doesn't have to leave fast, it just has to leave. Logging daily is still crucial. My goal is 3 pounds a month, mission accomplished! Ready to realize my next accomplishment.
70,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 5,0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I weigh once a week, I tried it every day and it was frustrating seeing the numbers slowly creep down or go back up. So I went back to once a week. Do what works for you.

Awesome! I drive myself nuts if I don't weigh every day but am learning to just let the ups and downs go as long as there is a net loss lol!

Great idea weighing once a month. Another member is weighing once a week. I have to stop weighing every day. Food for thought. You're doing great 😊
