have been fighting the weight and losing. Got up to 198.6, am now at 194.6 - had a huge breakfast, porkchop, egg, toast, tomatoe and coffee -- only meal I need for the day - need to drop cookies as a snack, no more nightcaps, which is going to be hard, love the buzz -- need to get off sugar!
