i see my weight was 169 3/5/12 when I started dating my now husband. I can get there again. Accountability. That's what FatSecret does for me. I switched to breakfast and lunch protein shakes 2/18/19 upon return from vacation and another poor triglyceride report, but without the accountability of logging, I mindlessly opened the girl scout cookies and indulged. Now that I'm logging again, I am mindful of intake and confident i will make great progress. A single occasional girl scout samoa is oh so appreciated (or are they Carmel delites, not sure, trashed the box before logging started)
