It's very discouraging to have my weight go up. I watched the world cup game at a pub yesterday. Limited myself to one beer. Had a Reuben sandwich for lunch, and scrambled eggs on toast for breakfast (we were there from 10:30AM - 4PM). Gained 2 pounds. It feels like it takes VERY little food to cause a weight gain. And it feels like I require very little food to survive.
