Well, not as much damage as I thought. It helps I got right back on it this week. But overall, I am very pleased. I actually lost a couple of lbs over the holidays! And I didn't feel like I was horribly restricted. I had a few indulgences and tehy didn't derail me. This really gives me hope for my maintenance phase.
