Just started a couple weeks ago. Started at 235 eating once a day. I’m at 227 now. Didn’t realize how much I was eating until I had to eat a certain amount of calories a day. I’d much rather eat whatever I want and eat a lot in one sitting than eat little meals throughout the day.
103,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 19,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
