Diario de Winter_night, 18 feb. 21

I’m here again, guess what?
Today was my first day of a Chloe Ting challenge, hourglass challenge, I chose it because it is going to move all the body, it takes 21 days so the 10-03 I’m going to update final last results.
I’m again much motivated, thanks for support that you give me always!💜
I want to follow this tips to achieve a healthy life style:
-eat a half portion
- exercise everyday or at least walking 5 Km
-have with me always a bottle of water, so drinking 2 L 💧
-do some yoga🧘‍♀️ every morning
-eat minimum portions of carbs
-more eggs 🥚 🍳

Feel free to join me as always!))

P.S Is normal go yo-yo with the weight because of water or emptyness.
54,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 7,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Today is my 18th day at the Chloe Ting Slim Thigh Challenge. But I will still start this program with you. I hope you are not thinking of a program without me😂. (you know you won't be without me😅). I was doing pilates too, but now I'm going to do yoga with you. After all, I'm your soul mate😍. I'm with you on this road. We will do this together and achieve it💪 !!!

하하하, sure soulmate!😂💕 Yoga and Pilates are really similiar , I start to do one and at the end I did both😂 Are already seeing results from the challenge that you’re doing? I’d like to work all the body that’s why I choose this one, but you can do (if you can, do as you can and not stress yourself too much then you’ll not continue) both, you’ll see big results. You are really motivated keep going!!🥰💪💪👍

Today is the 18th day and the change is amazing 😉!! My thighs are 4 cm thinner. My legs are tighter than before. I think I can get good results if I harmonize the two programs. My sweetie💕, let's do it together without giving up.

Stretch to be smaller. Flex to be bigger. If you want to have smaller waist try to stretch your core more (not work it but stretch it) 🙂🙂🙂
