Two days of being really determined, sticking to my calories and I've taken off .7kg.
But I seem to easily take off and then it just stops. Will keep sticking to my plan and see what happens by next Sunday. Also, two meals were Indian for birthday celebrations, and I tend to hold weight (fluid?) when I've eaten Indian food. So it always drops off again in 48 hours. So, I won't continue losing at this rate.
