I don't think I can attribute this drop to any efforts of my own, so much as my last weigh-in being impacted by something hinky going on with my body last week and this week (in short, TOM was out of whack). Glad to see my body figuring things out, at least. Walked five miles today, 4.5 miles yesterday, just trying to get my fill of "nice" weather before the bleak, gray chill of winter sets in.
