Take a 3 day break from months of dieting, gain 2 pounds. Isn't dieting grand. Doesn't help i was in a plateau for a week and a half either. Can't wait for this birth control to wear off already.
101,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 33,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Perfect example of why it isn't that you GO on a diet but CHANGE your dietary habits. Forever. If you consider it being on a diet, as soon as you "finish" and go off the diet you will gain everything back. Did you suddenly eat everything you had stopped eating for months?
