I found out the hard way that injuries can ruin your life. I've had several falls in the last year and a half and I didn't know that I would make it. had to rely on others to provide my food and none of them are keto. I gained a whole lot of my weight back, but I'm bound and determined to lose it again and stay with my keto lifestyle unless I go carnivore
