In the last 9 days, I've lost 10-11 lbs! Now, just before that I had had my first ever carb binge since I started this WOE last Feb. And, I could tell I had gained a LOT in the two weeks I was eating all those Christmas sweets. So I know this is water weight. But wow! I had stalled the previous 3 months, due to a high stress job and adding in some things that were pretty healthy (flaxseed crackers, protein shakes and bars, etc) but apparently bumped me up to "maintenance" level --which is NOT where I am! So I am really excited to have lost all that weight so quickly. I'm back to eating pure protein, and keeping fats moderate. I figure that way, if my body needs fat, it will take it from my OWN stores, and not from what I'm eating.
