Woohoo after a 10 day trip home with no body or food scales! Had to rely on what I’ve learned on my journey so far and felt pretty great overall. And YES, I had treats! Fish and chips (opted to kid-size which is probably proper adult size anyway), Pizza, fave local sandwich, sister-in-law’s baking….just all portion-controlled and tracking on this app helped me see where/how I should adjust other daily meals.
Weekly moment of gratitude: Having my body able to keep up with a busy week of running around all over the place, walking and able to keep pace, having better balance on snow and ice, walking uphill without struggling, snuggles with my niece and nephew where they could both sit on my lap because I actually have one now 😂
