today I reached my initial goal I set back last year. today I am officially 10kg down from the start of my diet! this weekend will be HARD. I am travelling. I don't have a cold place to store my food except a cooler, and doing my cooked or hested lunches isn't an option. I do have a kitchen where I am staying but most keto diet requires a lot of staples that are expensive. so unless I pack half my kitchen for the drive ...... and I haven't mastered what I can eat yet, when I look at restuarant menus I have not found anything that is keto friendly, unless I straight out order meat only 🤷♀️ I am half expecting to put this weight back on.
also, men might want to move on now. next part is TMI.
I realised why I gained a bit of weight back. shark week came early! because I don't normally weigh myself all the time I thought I was doing wrong, but as soon as it started I started losing again. this was a good reminder to me that women have setbacks outside food and exercise, and it can simply be hormonal! I need to remember this again next month when I keep stop losing!
