That pesky pound is starting to come off again. Today I am doing a political fast so it will be drinking straight water all day with the exception of a protein drink after my gym workout so I don't kill my muscle recovery.

Thanks, just don't tell Sarah, she'd kill me! I know people fast for religious/political reasons all the time and don't kill themselves. I'll have to eat clean tomorrow so my body don't store up any bad crap.

Good idea. I know that Sarah is being helpful, but it's also really hard to feel judged.
