Enjoying my vegan diet...so far all fully raw and nothing cooked....since the temp has gone up to 30 degrees, this is very easy to do...read about food combining...hope i can remember the rules! made an xl sheet for quick reference...need to focus on getting my fat% down, today it's reading 29.8%, want to get it down to 20%, so doing low fat vegan, so very few nuts and avocado and no oils.
