Monday was a quick trip to Louisville for a funeral and also see some family. Breakfast and lunch started out the meal day out OK. And then, there was the very large meal last night at Mark's Feed Store. Ribs, BBQ beans, fries, Texas toast, and a piece of buttermilk pie are definitely not the food to eat when in the process of losing weight. Fat, Starches, and Salt will do it every time, at least in the short run. It was a 3 lb gain day. Back to the bike this AM and working in the yard this PM. Everyone enjoy this wonderful day. God is good !!
