Help!

I need help.

My weight is going up because I'm stress binge eating junk.

I've had a recent loss & the grief is causing me to eat ice cream, candy, etc out of control.
100,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.

So sorry for your loss. It may be the sugar that’s causing the binges so you might try switching to less sugar foods if you can. Maybe try eliminating one item per day and replace it with something else that would satisfy until you get past the withdrawals.

Try sugar natural substitutes like stevia or monk fruit. It satisfies my afternoon sweet tooth

I'm sorry for your loss. I've been there. When I've been out of control, all logic goes out the window. No advice worked for me. You know deep down what you need to do. Fight! Like your life depends on it! Get rid of the sugar. If you screw up, start over immediately. Keep doing it till it clicks. You will stop. Just keep trying. Eat a pound of ground beef 😋 then try to eat junk. . To go eat good stuff to fill you up to help stop those binge cravings. Fight!

Every day is a new day to reset. Don’t keep remembering about past binges, know that is only human and do your best the following day (or even on the same day)

i have binge eating disorder. my therapist recommended the work book "The Glow Approach by Dr Lyn Schroyer." i go thru the work book once a calendar year. its an amazing tool to really get to the source and heal, not just push thru. grief is hard, i wish you well! sitting with it is so hard... allow yourself grace and patience to move thru all the stages.
