UGGH !!! A Hardies hamburger and fries for a quick dinner will do it every time. Temporary weight gain. Should have had my normal fruit and cheese for Sunday PM dinner. OK, back to the bike and weight training this A.M. Hope all are having a great start to the work week,....or whatever you do when retired (yep, that's me). BTW, with all of the yard work, home maintenance, etc...I sometimes wonder if we are actually retired. :) We're still working on the tree cleanup, and if you are in the middle Tennessee area, we are certainly willing to give you some free firewood. We don't have a fireplace, and have more than enough woood for a cold winter.
