Well, I started on the site yesterday and started my diet today. My weight was up this morning. I feel pretty good about how I ate today. I just need to stay strong to make it through the night hours and thats the toughest past for me! I need to start exercising too..

Breakfast: egg w/ english muffin 350
Snack: yogurt w/ crackers 140
Lunch: Sandwich 300
Snack: yogurt 100
Dinner: tuna salad 300
100,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 32,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
Ganando 4,8 kg a la Semana
