Diario de chicasa, 22 oct. 07

I've had a rough day today and yesterday. I am just finding it really hard to follow a diet. I binge eat alot when I am stressed or bored and I have been really binging the past two days and I feel worse for it. I do have one positive note. I walked about 3 miles yesterday but after that it has all been downhill. I don't have any idea how to motivate myself. I would like to say it would be better if nothing was in the house to binge on but that's just not possible with my family and when I see it, I eat it. Tomorrow is a new day.

Tomorrow is a new day! So don't give up. At least you walked three miles. Me, I lose 5 lbs. and decide to sit on the couch and eat ice cream. Talk about self sabotage. All I can do is start again, and not quit because of one mistake. You can do this, too. For motivation, I put a picture of myself when I was looking my best on the mirror in the bathroom. That way every morning as I brush my teeth I can look at that and have that desire to get back there. Maybe a picture of you in your wediing gown would help. Anyway, good luck!!
