Another 3.5 lbs gone for a grand total of 20 lbs gone!!!! Boy do I feel great! People are starting to notice that my tummy is getting smaller which is great!!! I see my doctor on Friday & will find out if I get to move on to Phase 2 then or not. I can see the weight loss in my face & my abdominal area. As long as I don't loose anything from my chest I will be happy! LOL

Oh my heavens what an inspiration you are! You started a week after me and you're already down 20 pounds! AWESOME girl, awesome! I also noticed my middle area. The book says thats the first place we lose on this plan. Which is great because thats the most dangerous place we women carry weight! Your doctor will be happy to see how well youre doing. But I know YOURE feeling even better and very proud of yourself. You are doing magnificently! Bravo!

Doing great!!!! Ah, you won't lose the chest completely...I never have...in fact it is generally more prominent after the diet as the belly is gone! LOL
