As you can see, eating poorly since Easter(succumbed to sweets) has caused me to gradually put back on 10 lbs. At first I gained only a couple of pounds, then I'd lose 2 and gain back 2 and you all know the cycle until I gain 4 and lose 2. Now I got to remember that starches and sweets are my enemy. I am a carbo-holic. It's just like an alcoholic whose is just going to have 1 drink. One is too many and 1,000 is never enough. I literally get those taste for sweets and carbs back in my system, and it is so hard to be satisfied with fruit. I am trying to get back to high lean protein and more veggies. I refuse to gain back up to 213 pounds and more. I hit a plateau in February, and I have been struggling since. I have got to begin a exercise regimen to counteract this weight gain and jumpstart my metabolism again. I will not be overcome by defeat! "I can do all things through Him who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13
